                               RESOLUTION NO. 18804
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH CBL AND
                   ASSOCIATES, GENERAL PARTNER TO LEBCON
                   ASSOCIATES RELATIVE TO THE RELOCATION OF AN
                   EXISTING SEWER LINE AND SEWER EASEMENT.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an agreement with CBL and Associates, general partner
       to Lebcon associates relative to the relocation of an existing
       sewer line and sewer easement in a portion of Hamilton Place Mall 

       upon terms and conditions approved by the City Engineer.
